VoltCue needs no account, vehicle login, advertising identifier, subscription account, or VoltCue customer-data cloud. Vehicle setup and charging history stay in the app on the device. Optional weather, customer-chosen sharing, support email, and app-store services are the limited ways information can leave that local storage.
Information stored locally
Depending on what you enter or use, VoltCue can store the vehicle nickname, model year, battery choice, battery identity or age, optional capacity, state of health or efficiency, charging profiles, timer settings, target, skip threshold, optional U.S. ZIP, display preferences, reminders, and planned or completed charging sessions.
Session records can include times, percentages, result quality, exclusions, notes, learned rates, weather context, and estimate statistics. This information supports setup, recommendations, reminders, history, gradual learning, Trip estimates, Charging Health patterns, and data copies. The current product does not upload it to a VoltCue account or advertising service.
Optional NOAA/NWS weather requests
When you supply a supported U.S. ZIP, VoltCue uses an on-device ZIP-area table to obtain an approximate latitude and longitude. While planning, it can request forecast data for the intended charging window. After a completed charge, it can request observations for that completed window when network access is available.
Those requests send the approximate coordinate, requested weather address and time, a VoltCue application identifier, and ordinary internet request information such as an IP address to NOAA/NWS. VoltCue does not use GPS, background location, or periodic weather requests while charging. No ZIP, no network, or unavailable weather falls back to the general estimate. See the NWS privacy policy.
Local notifications
VoltCue asks for notification permission only when you choose a morning reminder. The current app schedules a local device notification and does not register a VoltCue remote-push account or server. A plan can still save when notification permission is denied.
Data copies and sharing
Complete data copy creates a full structured copy containing every saved vehicle/profile, setting, and charging session. Spreadsheet copy creates a readable history table. VoltCue opens the device sharing interface, and the destination you choose—such as Files, email, cloud storage, spreadsheet software, or messaging—then handles the copy under its own privacy terms.
Protect and delete copies sent outside VoltCue yourself. Creating a complete data copy is supported; a customer self-service restore/import procedure is still being verified and is not promised in the current test build.
Support communications
If you email support, Artistic 3D Prints receives the address, message, and any screenshots or details you choose to send. The information is used to answer the request, investigate a defect, prevent abuse, and meet legitimate security, legal, or transactional obligations.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card information, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information. You may ask for deletion of support correspondence by emailing artistic3dprints+voltcue@gmail.com, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate obligations.
Store and operating-system services
Apple or Google handles app distribution, purchases, refunds, store analytics, crash or diagnostic information, and device services under its own terms. VoltCue may receive the reports or diagnostics those stores make available to developers. The current app contains no third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics SDK.
Retention and deletion
Local setup and charging history remain on the device until you delete them in VoltCue, remove the app, or the operating system removes app data. VoltCue Settings provides a delete-local-data action; deletion cannot be undone by VoltCue.
Files shared outside the app, device or system backups, support correspondence, NWS server records, and app-store records are controlled separately and are not erased by VoltCue’s local delete action.
Security and children
VoltCue relies on the mobile operating system’s private application storage and does not operate a customer-data cloud database. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure, so protect device access and exported files.
VoltCue is a vehicle-charging utility intended for vehicle owners and operators. It is not designed for children and is not a substitute for adult supervision or vehicle and electrical-safety instructions.

The separate Artistic 3D Prints website privacy policy applies when you visit this page or use website forms. Material changes to this app policy will be posted here with an updated date, and store disclosures will be updated when required.
